Your privacy matters to us. Ilmverse is committed to protecting your personal information and using it responsibly.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect limited data to operate and improve the service, including:

– The content of questions and messages you send to the Ilmverse Co-Analyst
– Conversation history within an active chat session
– Your selected assistant, topic, and language preferences
– General usage patterns (features used, session activity)
– Contact information you voluntarily provide (e.g. for feedback or support)

We do not collect your contacts, precise location, photos, or device identifiers for advertising.

HOW YOUR MESSAGES ARE PROCESSED (THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES)

To generate answers to your questions, Ilmverse sends the text of your messages and the current conversation context to trusted third-party AI inference providers. Ilmverse runs exclusively on open-source large language models (such as Llama, Qwen, Mistral, DeepSeek, and similar openly licensed models). We do not use proprietary models from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google.

We currently route inference through:

– OpenRouter (United States) — a model routing service that forwards requests to open-source model hosts. Privacy policy: https://openrouter.ai/privacy
– Cerebras (United States) — high-speed inference for open-source models. Privacy policy: https://www.cerebras.ai/privacy-policy

We send only the content needed to answer your question (your message text, prior messages in the same conversation, and your selected assistant/language). We do not send your name, email, phone number, contacts, or location to these providers.

These providers process data under their API terms, which prohibit using customer inference data to train models. Because Ilmverse uses open-source models served by these providers, your messages are not used to train any proprietary foundation model. We share data only with third-party processors who provide privacy protections equivalent to those described in this policy, under their published terms and, where applicable, written data processing agreements.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Collected data is used solely to:

– Provide answers and responses through the Ilmverse Co-Analyst
– Maintain platform performance, accuracy, and reliability
– Improve features and the overall user experience
– Respond to support requests and feedback you submit

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.

YOUR CONSENT

Before your first AI interaction, Ilmverse asks for your explicit consent to send your messages to the third-party AI inference providers listed above. You can review this disclosure at any time from within the app.

WHERE YOUR DATA IS STORED

Ilmverse stores user data on dedicated private servers located in Singapore. We deliberately do not use shared public cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure for storing user data. Our infrastructure runs on dedicated virtual private servers operated by a reputable Singapore-based hosting provider, with isolated resources rather than multi-tenant cloud storage.

Because our servers are located in Singapore, your data may be transferred to and stored outside your country of residence. Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) provides a comparable standard of data protection. By using Ilmverse, you consent to this transfer and storage.

The only data that leaves our Singapore servers is the message content sent to the AI inference providers listed above for the sole purpose of generating a response to your query.

DATA RETENTION

Conversation content is retained only as long as needed to provide the service and improve quality. You can clear your in-app conversation history at any time from the app settings. Inference providers may retain request logs for short periods as described in their own privacy policies, primarily for abuse prevention and service reliability.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Ilmverse is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required for consent in their region without appropriate parental involvement. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent for AI processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

DATA SECURITY

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on dedicated private servers with restricted access. Access is limited to authorised personnel and processors who require it to operate the service. Because we use dedicated infrastructure rather than shared cloud storage, your data is not co-mingled with other companies’ workloads at the storage layer.

By using Ilmverse, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in this policy. Any updates will be reflected on this page, with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly. Material changes will be communicated through the app.
